Pinnacl approached us with a clear ambition: to position the business as an innovative leader within the construction industry. While the existing brand had established recognition, it lacked the depth and sophistication needed to reflect the company's progressive thinking and technical capability. Rather than starting again, we evolved the identity, refining the use of colour, introducing a complementary secondary typeface and developing a more expressive visual language optimised for digital.
The greatest challenge lay in showcasing Pinnacl's work. Many of the company's most significant projects are confidential, making traditional project photography impossible. Instead of viewing this as a limitation, we saw an opportunity to create a new way of representing the business. Using LiDAR spatial scanning technology, we transformed completed buildings into abstract three-dimensional point clouds and spatial renderings. These visualisations communicate the precision, scale and complexity of Pinnacl's projects while protecting the identity and location of each building.
What began as a practical solution quickly became the defining creative idea behind the project. The visual language of LiDAR not only solved the challenge of confidentiality but also embodied the qualities that distinguish Pinnacl, technical rigour, innovation and attention to detail. It established a distinctive aesthetic that sets the company apart within an industry often defined by conventional imagery.
This thinking extends throughout the website experience. Carefully crafted animation, motion and micro-interactions bring the interface to life, creating moments of delight without distracting from the content. Every detail was designed to reinforce the sense of precision and craftsmanship that underpins Pinnacl's work, resulting in a digital experience that feels as progressive as the company it represents.
